We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at

All we ask is that you:

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation; wrong item/ quantity), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us and the original shipping costs are not refunded.

We cannot supply return shipping labels.

We also strongly suggest that you ship via UPS/FedEx with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned product. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases is may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.

Please be aware that products submitted for return that appear worn or mishandled will not be refunded or returned.

Items Purchased from any BrewSensible® Retailers

Any product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
